At WorkTravelSA.org we are dedicated to promoting partnerships between international volunteers and local conservation authorities and community organisations. Our projects benefit environmental protection agencies and contribute to the development of poorer communities around South Africa. Volunteers are able to make real connections with the local people, staff and wildlife of South Africa as they immerse themselves in the local culture and enjoy the natural wonders of the country. Volunteers return home with many new friends, a greater personal understanding of their own abilities and an appreciation for the unique challenges and opportunities in this beautiful country.
